me and fiance would like to live in a town close to alphretta ,ga ,we were considering johns creek but ,realized fulton county's taxes are real high what is a town like within 10 to 15 minute drive to alphretta or johns creek area ,that is low in taxes ,has great schools and has the nice size houses with 5 or 6 bedrooms money is not an option for us but we'd like to live in a nice community ,we would like to avoid those communities that have the same looking house same color ,no land and so congested we'd prefer more land and a community that has its own unique house ,we will be looking to move in the next year ,someone told us woodstock ,or holly springs but it looks like that 40 miles away from alphretta ,ga any info would be helpful as we will be moving from out of state . thanks
