Ok i was thinking about getting the new ipad that just came out but i already have an ipod touch and the more i look at the videos for the ipad it just looks more and more like a ipod touch but bigger and harder to carry around if you want to listen to music, i understand that it is cheeper then the macbook but on the ipad can you download Microsoft word and everything cuz i dont think you can... just a question which is reccomended to get and why is it reccomended to get your choice?

Apple unveiled their smartphone and ipod they really took off about 2 yrs after they were introduced.
All the bugs and features were fixed and upgraded. Honestly i dont really see many significant uses for the ipad. Here are the few scenerios i can see using it.
You know when u watch tv u might browse the web using ur phone or a clunky laptop. this would be perfect in that scenerio. and also if it had a camera (which im sure will be added in the next 3 yrs) it would be great for video confrencing. but other than that i dont really see it as useful. also for those 2 features i would want it under 250 not 600. and the 3g is useless to me cuz i cant see myself using that on the go, id just use my phone.
