my friend stole a pair of sunglasses from target and got caught. they sent her a bill in the mail for 250$ it says 'Payment of this claim is a release of your civil liability but does not preclude possible criminal prosecution by local law enforcement officials". There is this teenage girl between 13-15 that keeps coming into my property. We live in a subdivision in FL, where everyone owns 1/2 acre of land. She lives beside my neighbor across the street with her parents and older brother.

I had mentioned previously, this is not the first time. There has been many other instances.
One of my neighbors (elderly) said that this girl got the habit to get into their house without knocking! She just opened the door and let herself in. They had to lock their doors to prevent that, and asked her to stop going there. Pretty obvious that there is no parental supervision or training. This girl thinks she can do anything she wants. When you step up for your rights, then the parents go out and scream obscenities and get mad.
